BoBelle has the right to refuse the sale or purchase of its goods at any time. Reasons for this right include, but are not limited to insufficiency of stock, quality control concerns and/or credit acceptance.

BoBelle endeavours to have adequate stock but if there is a delay in a delivery to BoBelle, Bobelle will contact the purchaser to inform them of this rare circumstance. Offers of a refund or delivery of the goods at the next available date will usually be made.
Every reasonable measure has been taken to ensure that the reproduction of colours, styles, and products is as accurate as the photographic, online and print process will allow. Please note however, that the majority of BoBelle’s gifts are hand-made and so colour variations may occur as a consequence of this delicate and individual process. Every step is made to ensure that each description and specification on the website is accurate.

Payment for items can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Solo and Switch/UK Maestro. All payments will be subject to validation and authorisation checks on behalf of PayPal.

Goods can be exchanged and returned in accordance with our Returns and Exchange Policy. Only goods which have not been used or worn will be accepted for a return. They must be returned in their perfect, saleable condition in order for a refund to be issued.

The use of the BoBelle website is solely for customers purchasing goods for personal or gift usage. Goods are displayed only for the purposes of promoting Bobelle’s products and services. Under no circumstances whatsoever can goods be sold onto third parties for commercial gain. It is for this reason that BoBelle may restrict the number of purchases made by one person, or those believed to be working as a group.

Copying by way of downloading contents and other materials from BoBelle’s website is permitted, but only for personal and non-commercial use. Even then this is only permitted if the copyist does not modify, obscure or delete any copyright or other propriety notices on this website.

The above together with Bobelle’s written Privacy Policy and Returns and Exchange Policy constitute BoBelle’s trading Terms and Conditions by which each and every person, customer or prospective customer entering the website is unconditionally bound. Any details and information provided to BoBelle will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any other person outside Bobelle except as necessary where an order (or parts of an order) is being delivered directly by one of Bobelle’s contractors.
