BoBelle London was founded by Claire Watt-Smith in late 2008. The London based brand specialises in fine leather accessories embodying classic vintage designs that become the mainstay of your wardrobe for years to come. We use a combination of sumptuous leathers, including eel skin leather; a by-product of the food industry in Asia.  The exclusive eel skin leather has the same characteristics as cow hide, but eel skin is said to be stronger than cow hide and does not 'crack' with age, it simply gets softer.

The BoBelle London brand can be found in over 80 stores and boutiques in the UK, Ireland, France and Amsterdam, including Fenwick Brent Cross, Fenwick Newcastle, Bentalls Kingston, Elys of Wimbledon, Camp Hopson and Rossiters of Bath. A capsule collection was desgined and produced in 2011 for Marks and Spencer Autograph and can be found in 12 of their flagship stores. We work with a small factory in South Korea where each accessory is hand made and lovingly made. 

Claire Watt-Smith and BoBelle London have been seen in Red magazine, The Times, Marie Claire, Drapers, the Daily Mail, the Evening Standard, The Telegraph and more. Claire has presented at various events including ones at the University of Oxford, LSE and the London College of Fashion. Her determination, drive and passion to grow her brand and her business have been rewarded; she has been named as one of Red magazine's 'Red Hot Women under 30', Management Today's 'Top 35 Women under 35' and also the Financial Times 'Women at the Top'. Furthermore, she has won the DediPower Digital Entrepreneur of the Year runner-up prize, Striding Out's Future 100 and the Marie Claire Inspire and Mentor programme with Kate Bostock of Marks and Spencer. She has also been shortlisted for the Women of the Future Award 2011.
